Managing your trainers and assessors

• Creating a quick invitation to people you already know using either their email address or mobile phone number. (Implemented)
• Send availability requests (if they haven't filled in their online calendar) to trainers / assessors linked to your organisation via email or text message.  (Implemented)
• Send work requests to trainers / assessors via email or text message

Portfolio Builder

• Download a PDF file of portfolios you have created online.
• Create a template of a portfolio setup so it is easy to create a new blank portfolio with the correct evenidence placeholders in it.
• Securely share a portfolio with a selected person online so they can look at and verify its contents
• When a portfolio is verified a snapshot can be taken providing an audit trail of what was in the portfolio, when and who signed it off
• Let organisations create online forms that are shared with and can be filled out by trainers / assessors in their network. These might be lesson plans, feedback forms - anything you can think of really!
• Allow you to clone and edit an existing form in your portfolio so you don't need to retype everything in again.
